The Victron Phoenix Smart charger is up to 94% efficient and has two outputs for charging two battery banks. The second output is limited to around 3 Amps for charging a starter battery for example
The charger compensates for voltage drop over the DC cabling by slightly increasing output voltage when the DC current increases.
